Post-shampoo: massage onto damp hair, insisting on the lengths and ends. Leave in for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing. For even deeper conditioning, cover the hair with a shower cap or towel. The heat created helps the nutrients to be fully absorbed. Leave for 10-20 minutes, or as long as you wish. Rinse thoroughly.
