Hold your conditioner bar under warm water for a moment as you work between your hands to create a creamy lather. Apply it on the lengths, leave it to act for a few minutes, while combing the hair starting from the bottom, then rinse. 
Use it as well as a pre-shampoo mask, on wet scalp and hair.
