The company MAED CONSULTING, holder of the Unica Green brand, provides an electronic e-commerce accessible via the Internet at the address www.unicagreen.com
The purpose of the site is to offer cosmetic products for sale exclusively to consumers and non-professional buyers.
Any purchase of items on Unicagreen.com is subject to these General Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) which the Buyer declares to accept without reservation.
MAED CONSULTING is registered with Banque Carrefour des Entreprises (BCE) with a VAT n° BE 0781547113. The head office is located in Chaussée d’Alsemberg 1063 – Bruxelles.
All prices of products are quoted in euros all taxes are included except the shipping costs (see paragraph Shipping and Delivery). Unicagreen.com reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order registration. The price is payable in full and in a single payment.
The customer can order on the Internet via the site www.unicagreen.com. Unicagreen.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of products available for sale. Unicagreen.com is committed to fulfill orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of products. In the absence of the availability of one or more products ordered, Unicagreen.com will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer’s order will then be automatically canceled and the corresponding amount refunded.

- For the Netherlands (DPD): € 6,99 (free for purchases over € 100)
- For Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Denmark, Poland (DPD): € 8,99 (free for purchases over € 100)
- For Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden (DPD): € 14,99 (free for purchases over € 120).
- For Albania, Cyprus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Monaco, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey (Bpost): € 24,99 (free for purchases over € 150).

Our shipping times are as follows:
- The orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours.
For any order placed on Friday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
For all orders placed on holidays, the order will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery times are 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for Belgium, 7 working days in Europe, and up to 30 days for the rest of Europe.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates if necessary. Delivery costs are always clearly stated in your order confirmation. An estimation of the shipping costs can be calculated in your shopping basket.
Ensure your shipping details are correct as we will not be held liable for any products not received due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied.
DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER WHO IS ORDERING FROM EXTRA EUROPEAN COUNTRIES!

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the law, the customer has the right to cancel a contract concluded on the Internet without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery of the goods.
If the customer wishes to exercise this right, it is advisable to inform Unicagreen.com of its decision to withdraw from the agreement within the above-mentioned period. The best way to do this is to contact us via email@example.com.
The customer must return to Unicagreen.com, at his own expense, the complete product(s), unused and in its (their) original packaging intact.
If the products have been opened and returned no refund will be made.
In the event of termination of the contract, Unicagreen.com will refund the customer of the purchase price no later than 14 days after the date of receiving back the goods. For the refund, Unicagreen.com will use the same payment method used by the customer when the order was originally placed.
The customer shall return the goods without delay to the following address:

If within the framework of the conclusion of the contract, additional goods (“gift”) have been sent free of charge to the customer by the seller, it is necessary to return said gift with the goods to be returned. Unicagreen.com will provide the customer with all necessary information regarding the sending of the goods via the mentioned contacts.
Unicagreen.com implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the web and on the website https://www.unicagreen.com. As such, the website uses a secure payment module such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

The responsibility of Unicagreen.com could not be engaged for all the inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or of any fact qualified as force majeure, in accordance with the jurisprudence.
EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REIMBURSEMENT
If the goods are defective at the time of delivery, the customer shall be entitled to receive a replacement of the goods, to a reduction of the price or a reimbursement. In case of a missing product in the order, it is necessary to inform Unicagreen.com so that we can make the delivery of the product at our expense. Please note that an increased sensitivity or allergic reaction to the delivered products cannot itself be considered a defect of the products and Unicagreen won’t be held responsible. The images of the products in our online store are only illustrative and do not constitute a binding representation of their properties (e.g. the packaging may differ due to a change made by the manufacturer).
